You'll install this by first downloading the fonts required for the program.
Then you'll click on the magnifying glass next to the Start button in the lower left corner, type in the word "Font," and select "Font Settings."
Next, navigate to where you downloaded the font scripts, generally in the "Downloads" folder. You'll install two fonts: "AstroGadget" and "Iching." You can install both simultaneously by selecting both or doing one at a time. The following image shows dragging and dropping both. Your copy of RaveIllustrator should now operate fully.
