To send charts by email, you can either use the File - Send by Email command from the main menu or click on the chart with the right mouse button and select Send by Email from the context menu.
MMI2 will export the chart to a temporary file, create a new email message, attach the temporary file to the email message, and start your default email client (Outlook , Eudora etc...) so you may compose the rest of the message and send it.
If you do not have an email client installed on your computer, or you need to properly configure it to allow an external application to launch it (in this case, MMI2), this process will fail, and you will have to send the chart manually.
Sending a chart manually
To send a chart manually, you will need to follow this procedure:
1. Export the chart to a file.
2. Attach the result to a new email message like you would attach any other document.
Important Note
To open the attached chart, your email recipients must have MMI2 installed on their computer and a suitable license for that chart type.
For example, if you send a Cycle chart by email, a recipient using the Free or Basic editions of MMI2 will not be able to open the file.
